All our jewellery is sent in an organic gift pouch or box as standard so no gift wrapping is required.

Of course! You can add a message in the 'notes' box at the checkout and it'll be printed alongside your order.

All our orders are sent with gift receipts as standard, so there's never any pricing information included should you wish to send a gift direct.

I'm afraid we're currently unable to work on bespoke commissions.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and during peak seasons there may be slight delays. Before contacting us, the best thing to do is double check the address on your order, and then contact us with your order details so we can look into it.

We have 2 main jewellery collections, the first is our waterproof, everyday range which is made on a stainless steel base.

Everything else is part of our semi-precious range, these are sterling silver, or gold vermeil.

All our jewellery is designed to be suitable for sensitive skin.

No, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
