• Standard orders are despatched mon/wed/fri via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2 - 3 working days.
• Express orders will arrive the day after despatch, if you order after 2pm, your order will go into the following days post run.

Very occasionally an order can be delayed in transit - Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed - at that point please contact us and we can report a lost parcel and issue a replacement.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note, if your order has been despatched, we are unable to make any changes but you can return the unopened parcel to us for a refund or exchange.

We have two main ranges, Our Everyday Collection, and the Demi-Fine Jewels.

• Everyday items are gold plated over stainless steel, they are waterproof, hypoallergenic for sensitive skin, won't discolour or tarnish, and made to last.
• Demi-Fine Jewels are Gold Vermeil or Sterling Silver, if looked after, these pieces will last a lifetime. We recommend keeping them away from perfumes and liquids and stores in a box or bag when not wearing.

All orders are sent beautifully gift packaged as standard, and we always send gift receipts, so no pricing is included.
